Key purpose:Were looking to hire a dynamic, ambitious and results-orientated Junior Social Media Community Co-ordinator to be based in our digital command centre in Cape Town.Duties and responsibilities:Respond to comments and queries on various social media accountsCurate and post content to various social media accountsRemove spam content from comments and block spammers from accountNotify the leadership team via set escalation processes when required.Explore new channels and look into new ways of reaching specific target audiences and growing market share.Work closely with our in-house team as well as outsourced service providers and partners.Complete assigned tasks within the required deadlinesAlternate between three shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Late NightFollow strict processes and procedures at all times

An active user of Social media apps like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedinBe able to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistentlyBe able to work in a team, but be a self-starter
Education
A Matric certificate or equivalent qualificationProficiency in both written and spoken EnglishProficiency in both written and spoken Swahili and Portuguese will be beneficial
