In the role of Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include cultivating and extending relationships with their key clients. You will have a pivotal role in comprehending their requirements, delivering customized solutions, and ensuring their contentment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, and an MBA is considered a plus. Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager in the FinTech industry or a related field is essential. DUTIES:Responsible for effective on-boarding of new Clients.Facilitate ISO Merchant Accounts with the Acquiring banks.Perform quality assurance risk checks on new merchants onboarded.Assist with Merchant Recons and Billing.Setup and train Clients on platforms Company Console, Collections, PayCloud, WiseBoss, etc.
