Interpret future requirements & shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Degree in Social Science or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of 5 -7 years demonstrated workplace experience in Learning.In depth experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders around learning experiences and enhancements to gain an understanding of their requirements to inform design methodologies and approaches; use deductive and inductive research and analytics approaches to inform design content which supports a positive learning experience.
