About Our Client: Our client is a premier luxury self-catering lodge nestled within the stunning Mjejane Game Reserve, renowned for its spectacular wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. With one lodge already in operation and another one under construction, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Management Couple to oversee both properties.Position Overview: As a Lodge Management Couple, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and management of our client's existing lodge while also overseeing the development and launch of their new property. This is a unique opportunity for a talented couple to immerse themselves in the heart of the African wilderness and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities + Skills
Monitor and manage lodge inventories, including supplies, equipment, and furnishings.
Education
Handle lodge reservations, guest inquiries, and bookings efficiently.Supervise lodge staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative personnel.Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and transactions.
