Full job descriptionLodge Manager.Start up Development - New Lodge - North East of Mkuzi - Northern KZNThe property is looking for a dynamic Lodge Manager to manage the hospitality operations of a startup enterprise in a developing estate.Must have 3 to 5 years experience within the industry and in similar establishments.Passion for hospitality, nature and adventure tourism and activities is essential. The lodge offers a variety of land and water based experiences with rich and dynamic fauna and flora.
Responsibilities + Skills
Hotel/Lodge qualification/experience essential. Excellent English written and spoken. Additional languages Zulu, Afrikaans, a European language are an added advantage.
Education
At least 3 to 5 years experience in an equivalent position in a similar 3 to 4 star beach/bush/rural lodge. Farm, game reserve, nature management is an added benefit.
