Description:As Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of our client’s high-end lodge, ensuring that all departments deliver the highest level of service to guests. Working closely with the team, you’ll maintain high standards in hospitality, guest satisfaction, and daily operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing guest services, managing staff, ensuring efficient lodge administration, and creating memorable guest experiences. This position offers a rotational schedule of six weeks on, followed by two weeks off.

Experience
