Job Description
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and passionate couple to manage our 10-room boutique lodge, situated close to Hazyview. Between the couple they will need excellent skills with regards to guest relations, staff management, admin management, stock management as well as maintenance and upkeep of the lodge. It would be advantageous if one of the candidates have chef experience, to assist the kitchen over busy periods.

Education
A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)A minimum of 3-5 years Hospitality Management experience, in an intimate, 4/5 star environment
