An exciting opportunity for a very well experienced and strong management couple to take control of this newly re-opened lodge. Located in Central Botswana in the Kalahari, this position is not for the faint-hearted so make sure before you apply that you meet the specifications. The job is split into two roles: Technical and Operations.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Essential for permits)At least 3 years experience in a senior GM couple role in a similar luxury operation (ESSENTIAL)
Experience
Excellent Customer Relations Skills- Hands on hosting dutiesComputer Literate (MS Office suite and reservations/ POS programs)Well spoken, takes initiative and leads by example for the team
