An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Co-Ordinator, based in JHB North, to join a large leading SA employerMake great connections, launch a hogh profile careerDuties;Involved in drafting Marketing Campaigns with CSMOCo Ordinating all Marketing collateral within both businessesManaging Stock (Ordering and issuing)Co-Ordinating all Advertising within both businesses and where necessary liase with Social MediaWork within budget parameters where requiredCo Ordinate and proof all content for monthly Internal Newsletter together with CSMOCo Ordinate and proof all content for RFP magazines together with CSMOArrange for timeous printing therof.Co Ordinate all Lounge advertising with outside agencies. (TVs, Web landing page & Backlit Boards) PackagesEnsure all agreements are signedEnsure ACSA agreements are signed and distributed timeouslyLiase with publisher of Premier magazine ( quantities, Lounge personal content, deliveries monthly)Liase with wine consultant regarding writeups in Premier Magazine QuarterlyLiase with wine consultant and Procurement on setting up wine tastings quarterly
