A Digital Consulting Firm based in cape Town is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. Your assistance at the helm, coordinating key activities within the operational space, will be critical to assisting their servicing existing retainer clients and lead newly acquired clients from around the globe, across industries from Fintech toHealthtech, Automotive, IoT and everything in between. DUTIES:Resource capacity and traffic management:One of your most critical responsibilities will see you managing the companys resourcing business wide from Design, Digital and Engineering studios. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right resources are allocated to the right projects at the right time and that work schedule forecasts are kept up to date as well as identifying, communicating, and monitoring schedule, resource or forecast risks.In the same vein, you will therefore be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and approving staff leave applications to ensure there are no schedule risks or conflicts with the proposed leave dates.
