Join our rapidly growing OK Franchise business in the capacity of a Trainee Operations Manager Designate! This position is responsible for managing a group of stores through the various OK Franchise owners and/or managers by providing support and guidance to ensure all goals and objectives set for the region are met.If you are someone with FMCG Retail background, in a branch management role, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities + Skills
Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer management, merchandising, stock management, cash handling, banking, financial controls, systems, reporting and administration
Education
Maximise sales; identify gaps and opportunities related to product linesManage and minimise costsManage and minimise shrinkageManage and control company assetsTertiary qualification in retail management or a related field
Experience
3-5 years FMCG retail branch management experience
