Responsibilities:Main responsible for all industrial operations, meaning leadership of Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Operations of business unitResponsible to reach, in industrial operations, the KPI´s defined on budgetAssure 5S good performance in all industrial areaAssure the O.E.E. (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets definedAssure client satisfaction on part delivery, in terms of quality and quantity and deadlines definedIndustrialization of new products assuring cost, time and process capability together with Project ManagerCheck on a daily basis the costumers sales input in order to determine direct and indirect manpower requirements to assure production targets efficiency
