Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:Assist and run with the process to priorities project scheduling and delivery, and the alignment thereof to tactical and/or strategic business objectivesEffectively implement, manage, report on and make recommendations related to talent management strategies in area of accountabilityDevelop and implement people capacity plans in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialized areasEnsure the review and monitoring of compliance against organizational rules, codes or practice, business ethics, internal guidelines, principles and legislationControl the budget for area, including the authorization of expenditures and implementation of financial regulationsContribute to the development of functional budget, develop an aligned tactical budget, monitor effectiveness, report on variances and adjustDevelop and ensure implementation of practices, which build service delivery excellence and encourage others to provide exceptional customer service
