Responsibilities:Maintain a high level of customer service and attend to all customer queries promptlyIssue a contract for each hireComplete contract in full including customer details, order number etcEnsure vehicles are prepared in advance to hireEnsure vehicle leaves yard within 15 minutes of order being receivedEnsure vehicles are delivered/collected on timeEnsure collection slips are completed and attached to contract for invoicing purposesOpen and close contracts dailyLiaise with debtors on authorisation codes and arranging account numbersArrange sub-accounts for branchesManage and maintain all reports/schedulesMaintain professional conductAssist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
