Key Responsibilities:Implement Agile methodologies to improve software quality and delivery.Facilitate agile ceremonies and mentor teams on agile practices.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage change effectively.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.Track benefits, manage risks, and maintain governance standards.Translate product requirements into actionable tasks.Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives.Qualifications & Certifications:Matric and relevant Honours Degree.PMP/Prince2 and PGMP certifications (essential).Scrum Master and Scaled Agile certifications (preferred).

Education
810 years in project environments, with 23 years on medium to high complexity projects.
