We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Insights Developer to join our Central Business Insights team. This individual will be responsible for developing and presenting actionable business intelligence insights using Power BI and other reporting tools. The role requires expertise in data analysis, strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and a solid understanding of business needs and processes. You will collaborate with senior business leaders to ensure that insights are delivered in a clear and actionable manner, helping the business achieve its strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, providing business stakeholders with meaningful insights and helping to drive decision-making.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets, identify key trends, and transform data into actionable business insights.Automated Reporting: Utilize tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, or Tableau to automate reporting processes, ensuring that reports are accurate, timely, and accessible.SQL Querying & Database Management: Work with SQL, MSQL, and other coding languages to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior business leaders to understand their data needs and ensure reports are designed to meet those needs, delivering actionable insights.Data Storage & Management: Ensure data is accurately stored and easily accessible, while maintaining data integrity and security.
