Full job descriptionVery busy Italian Cafe Restaurant in Waterkloof Ridge is looking for a senior front of house manager. Must have 5 or more years’ experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills.Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include staff management, stock control and complaints handling.Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 15 – 20 K net. Quote Reference RA57 when applying.
