These business deliverables will be aligned to Human Capital Strategy/Business Strategy.Collaborate to develop and implement best practice HC programs, policies and systems that support the organisation’s leaders and managers in managing their units and meeting their strategic priorities. Key to the success of the HCBP is the ability to develop a strategic partnership in their ‘day to day’ work within assigned portfolios.
