You'll be the architect of our learning strategies, crafting them to fit the unique needs of each business area. Responsibilities + Skills

A history of leveraging learning innovations like Degreed, Trailhead Udemy, Coursera, PluralSight and other platforms to create cutting-edge, digitally-enabled learning solutions.A knack for partnering with business leaders, using data and insights for smart, commercial decisions.Global experience in navigating complex environments, influencing top-tier management, and managing vendors and technology platforms.

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or equivalent. Post-graduate qualification is preferable.
