Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the work of multiple teams. You'll review progress and ensure that everything is on track to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for ensuring all project stakeholders are kept up-to-date with progress, delivering regular status updates throughout each stage of the project. Your role will require considerable experience in planning and coordinating large scale software development projects within an agile methodology as well as managing complex communication between different stakeholder groups and individuals.Duties and responsibilities:Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expendituresIdentification and managing of Project dependencies and Critical PathScheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)Update project management governance documentsPrepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholdersMonitor project progress and address potential issuesAct as the point of contact for all participantsOrganizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsEnsuring project deadlines are metDetermining project changes
