Job Description
We are urgently in need of a Secunda based candidate to support us with a client as a Site Agent.You will be expected to visit the site regularly and engage with all levels of stakeholdersThis is very admin intensive, so we need someone who is extremely good with administration work (Timesheets, onboarding and offboarding, contract extensions etc.)Should be able to multi-task and respond to emails quicklyUse initiative and come up with new ways of doing things, driving continuous improvementThis is a very compliance driven environment, really need someone with attention to detail

Must be able to pass Health and Safety induction and yearly medicalsShould be energetic and independent

Excellent Afrikaans and English communication - verbal and writtenExcellent telephone etiquette and email etiquette
