Small Spa (6 treatment rooms) at a hotel & wedding venue in the Ceres area is looking for a Spa Manager. The manager will oversee four therapists.Responsible for:Supervision, Development and Training of Spa TherapistsMaintain a high-level staff morale and discipline.Ensure high level of personal hygiene and uniform standard.Ensure Spa, and surrounds are kept in a clean and hygienic state.Ensure staff adhere to the set SOP’sEnsure staff are aware and comply with Health and Safety Standards.

Matric & relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience
At least 5 years experience as therapists.Preferably at least two years experience in running a Spa.
