Spa at a 5* Lodge in Madikwe is looking for a Spa Manager. The Health Spa is an essential part of the experience we strive to create for our guests. The Spa Manager must ensure that she provides a world class service, performing treatments for guests that may range from reflexology to massages and ensuring that the spa is operated efficiently and professionally. Outside of treatment times, the Spa Manager is responsible for hosting guest meals and introducing treatments to each guest. The Spa Manager will also be responsible for stock control and cleanliness in the spa and ensuring that correct massage equipment is used, and that all equipment is in good working order and clean at all times.

Previous experience in a similar role (essential)Language Skills Effective oral and written communications skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education
Degree or diploma in business management, hospitality management, or a related field will be advantages.
