Job Description
High end Hotel close to Brackenfell is looking for a Storeman for their F&B / Kitchen Department.Ordering, receiving and issuing of stock to the respective departments.Responsible for monthly stock takes, checking and following up on variances.Sources of stocks as required by the department.Processing of all related documents in the inventory system.Maintain organised and clean storage areas.Responsible for checking, loading, transporting and off-loading equipment, goods and suppliesAdhere to Health and Safety Standards.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Matric Certificate.Physical Ability to do heavy lifting.High level of attention to detail.Experience in a 5* luxury hotel environment would be advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ordering, issuing and receiving stock.Experience in working on procurement or stock management software would be advantageous.
