DOWNLOAD OUR ONE-PAGER to find out more about who we are in a nutshell.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdminister the ordering of all food, resale and beverage itemsOperate as part of a team with good interpersonal skillsReceive all the stock from the suppliers according to Fedics policies & proceduresIssuing of all stock in the fridges, freezers, dry store & chemical store as per company spec with regards to portion size / quantity and in specified timesEnsuring costing of stock/meals & functions is done timely, accurately & on a daily basisReceive all invoices on a daily basis on My MarketConduct stock takes weeklyMaintaining high quality hygiene as per Fedics standardsPlan for consecutive days to make sure all stock is available and report unavailability of stockEnsure that all the storerooms, fridges and freezers are cleaned and all products are stacked and date marked correctly at all timesManage all wastage and leftoversDo proper handovers when necessary
