Key responsibilitiesGrowing the SI institutional client and asset baseRetention of existing institutional clients.Actively manage the client experience of SI’s service delivery and execution of SLAFormulate Account Plans for all clients in specific client area, allocated by Segment HeadWork closely with head of business, other account executives, business heads in SI and Sanlam Group colleagues in terms of developing overall client strategy and implementation plans
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Undergraduate degree, preferably commercial (e.g. B.Com, B.Bus.Sc);Relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous (e.g. CFA, MBA)
Experience
At least 5 years experience in institutional asset management, with middle office experience being an advantageStrong understanding of the corporate landscape, service providers and key needs of retirement funds
