Inhouse restaurant of an upmarket retail group seeks an experienced restaurant area manager to open new concept outlets in various stores:-Matric and hospitality management qualificationStrong restaurant management experience, previously in a similar roles in upmarket QSR outletsMulti restaurant outlet management experience ie overseeing more than one store ie must hold an area manager role!!Must have experience in opening new stores and getting these operating to optimallyYoungm dynamic and energetic leader to lead and develop good teams in each outletVery good administrator with strong enumerative skillsA good understanding of budgeting and the ability to work within set budgetsValid drivers licence and own vehicle ESSENTIAL
