Food & Beverage outlet readiness – clean, well stocked, maintained, functional, quality of offering4. Stock Controls– OE, Linen, Beverage & Consumables5. Financial - Control6. Staff Training – on the floor supervision7. Interpersonal Relationships – fairness, discipline, courteous, respectful8. Guest Satisfaction – on the floor activity9. Health & Safety Audits – compliance as legislated
