Focusing on personalised and attentive service, signature wines and quality award winning cuisine, our restaurant also offers a unique ambiance, atmosphere and exclusivity, tucked away in a very quiet corner of the estate, hidden from the working wine farm under the spreading greenery of large overhanging trees.We are in search of an ASSISTANT MANAGER to support & lead a team of 6 highly polished waiters and to assist our award-winning chef and senior Restaurant Manager in providing exceptional guest experience at this amazing destination, picture-perfect restaurant in Franschhoek.

Education
Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all-round understanding of food, ingredients & plating componentsHighly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presenceStrong admin skills and good cost controls with Point-of-Sale experience
Experience
Min 3 years Rest Mgt. experience within a fine dining or 5-star deluxe standard restaurant
