descriptionJob Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and the ability to produce a wide range of artisanal breads and pastries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our baked goods meet the luxury standards of our establishment.Responsibilities:Execute the production of a wide range of artisanal breads.Bring a creative touch to our bakery offerings, introducing innovative and visually appealing products.Maintain a high standard of quality in all baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate the integration of bakery items into the overall menu.Contribute ideas and collaborate on cross-functional projects.Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as established kitchen and food preparation protocols.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Ability to work up to 45 hours per week, across 5 days, depending on operational requirements.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in making high-end breads.Mid-level experience in a similar role.
