Full job descriptionA Boutique Hotel in the Walmer area of PE is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hotel operations as well as the restaurant.Restaurant preparation and service – Breakfast, Lunch & dinnerManage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Supervise and support hotel staff to ensure high standards of service.Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels.Address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest’s stay.Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.Assist other departments as needed.
Responsibilities + Skills
Working knowledge of Property Management SystemCustomer service-oriented mindset.Non Negotiable :
Education
Formal qualification in Hospitality is advantageous.Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Rooms and F&B, is preferred.
