Well presented well spoken catering manager needed for private school in HoughtonResponsible for the entire catering operation, before, during and after the service of meals, menu compilation and the production of meals within the agreed budgets.The incumbent is further responsible for the management of all kitchen personnel, including discipline, appearance and the training of kitchen personnel in order to perform the duties allocated to them efficiently.Ensure that the kitchen and the related areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, e.g. stores and kitchen entrance.Responsible for controlling orders, deliveries, storage of goods, stock control and wastage. Overall responsibility for ISHA and health and safety.
