Responsibilities::Receive and process customer ordersPick and pack products for deliveryCoordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to prioritize ordersPrepare and print shipping labels and documentationManage inventory and stock levelsEnsure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activitiesCommunicate with drivers and couriers to arrange deliveriesAddress and resolve any delivery-related issues or delaysMaintain a clean and organized dispatch area

Education
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar role in the retail industry
