Responsibilities::Receive and process customer ordersPick and pack products for deliveryCoordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to prioritize ordersPrepare and print shipping labels and documentationManage inventory and stock levelsEnsure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activitiesCommunicate with drivers and couriers to arrange deliveriesAddress and resolve any delivery-related issues or delaysMaintain a clean and organized dispatch area

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of inventory management principles
Education
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar role in the retail industry
