Intimate high end hotel close to Stellenbosch is looking for an exceptional Duty Manager.Liaising and assisting with other departments, implementing staff training schemes, ensuring that reports are filed timely and accurately, scheduling staff rosters, reporting on revenue figures, and being available to answer guest queries and complaints.Applicant should be enthusiastic with a high energy level, and a cohesive team leader with a keen attention to detail and proven ability to manage a team.Assists with the management of all departmentsProduces reports on pertinent aspects of the Departments as directed by the GM
