Role Description:The lodge is looking for a motivated and experienced Duty Manager / Assistant Lodge Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a 4-5 star lodge environment in a similar position. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing daily lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage service.Supporting the Lodge Manager in administrative tasks, staff management, and guest relations.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Training and mentoring lodge staff to uphold excellence in service delivery.Assisting with reservations and front desk operations as required.

Education
Proven ability to manage staff effectively and maintain a positive working environment.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager or Assistant Lodge Manager role within a 4-5 star lodge setting.
