Our client, a dynamic organization is in need of a visionary Executive Manager: Corporate Services to join their team. This role is responsible for directing, managing, and driving the performance of the Corporate Services Division. The ideal candidate must provide strategic leadership and promote a high-performance culture, while also ensuring prudent financial management and maintaining the company's eminence through stakeholder engagement.To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess a postgraduate B-degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field, supplemented by an MBA in Strategic Management or a related qualification. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a corporate services, general management, or human resources environment, with at least five years at a senior management level.
Responsibilities + Skills
The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record of developing and implementing policies and strategies across various organizational segments, managing transformation and change processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Education
Experience in a unionized environment and exposure to core corporate services such as HR, communication, record management, and ICT is essential.
