Job Description
Candidate will need to maintain an efficient F&B operation i.r.o. quality of food and beverage and service while maximising revenues.Manage and oversee the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bars, Room Service and Banqueting Department.Controlling costs and achieving set margins.Ensuring guest comment results meet or exceed the Group average for all F&B attributes measured.Ensuring that the required F&B procedures, operational and administrative systems and controls are in place.
