5* Lodge in Thornybush is looking for a FOH Duty Manager.Responsible for:Excellent Guest liaison skillsHave a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & foodBe a strong all-rounder that can manage the lodge without supervisionBe able to inspire staff and train current and new staff in a gentle mannerPolite, friendly person that can think on her feetStrong work ethic and no party politicsExperience within the lodge, camp or hotel industryWell-spoken and well presentedResilient & flexibleStrong leadership and communication skills – verbal and writtenMust be able to work under pressureManage guest delight events with passionHave an attitude of spoiling guestsAble to add value to the team by ensuring that company policy and procedure is carried out and by bringing a very solid service ethic to the Lodge
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Administration, accounts and stock control.Quality control of food, food presentation and service and overseeing menus.
Experience
Motivating staff and leading them.Minimum 2-4 years in Front of HouseSupervisory position in 4 / 5* establishmentsMust have grade 12 and be computer literate
