Managing food costs and stock rotations and quality controlManaging guest experience during mealsStocktakes and ordersMenu planning and menu options creationIssuing out stock to relevant departmentsCompiling weekly reports for managementHosting and servicing guests during shiftsVery hands on approach by means of assisting the butlers with setting up meal tables and clearing after services etcEnsuring food presentation, quality etc is provided to guests timorously and consistentlyKitchen hygieneAssist with guests arrival at the lodge by doing indemnity forms and showing around lodgeAssist with guest room check for arrival roomsMust have excellent excel and microsoft office experienceNightsbridge knowledge and experience is preferredminimum 2 yr working experience in the lodge industry (Not necessarily this position specifically)
