A busy 5* Luxury Property in the Midrand area is urgently seeking the skills and services of a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, team leadership, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations in their venueResponsibilitiesManage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceDesign exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvementsIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and proceduresProvide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulations
