We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for our Hotel in Cape Town Sea Point. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain and improve standards in all food and beverage areas including the restaurant, room service and banqueting facilities.Main duties and responsibilities:Ensure readiness of all outlets, cleanliness, mise en place, staff levels, uniforms, food presentation, buffet displays, food and drink service sequence as well as the overall standards of serviceStaff training and development to ensure compliance and competencyContribute towards positively changing staff behavior, delivery of service standards, ensuring guest satisfactionEnsure health and safety and hygiene are stringently enforcedBe interactive, intuitive, creative, active and visible in all public areas to ensure that high standard of guest relations and service is maintained

Education
Diploma / degree in Hospitality Management
Experience
At least 3 year's management or supervisory experience is required
