This is a high-end property and needs a candidate that uses initiative and embraces the role to its fullest, someone who understand the demands of the job with a good eye for detail.The perfect candidate must be able to take ownership of the gardening and maintenance teams, landscaping and horticulture experiene is a must.DutiesTo maintain the gardens and property throughout the seasons with focus on the grounds being the show case and marketing aspect of the Hotel.To maintain the high standards within the Hotel and Proper:ty within budget.To maintain the tools and work shop and wood supplies for all fire places.To once a year to plan, manage and conduct fire and line breaks, manage the growth of trees on the property.To maintain the property for maintenance and keep such to standard.Maintain and operate equipment like water plant, pumps, generator and other sorts of equipment.
