Job Description
Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeepThis is not an office position and you will need to be hands on (Occasionally in rooms, at the frontdesk, reservations etc.)Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidaysYou will be required to have emails setup on your phone and this is to be monitoredResponsible for all hotel services/daily operations, such as guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense/budget management, team building, and employee development

Education
Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
Experience
+10 years experience in hospitalityProvide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service
