Our busy and fast-paced business operation in the Pilanesberg National Park is looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager with a good understanding of all aspects of restaurant, kitchen and retail operations. We need someone who is energetic, proactive, with a well-developed understanding of the importance of providing world class customer experience while maintaining operating costs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both front of house and back of house management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational expertise.Summary Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, kitchen, curio shop and convenience store.Develop and execute staff training programs to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.

Competent all-rounder with minimum NQF level 6 qualification in business management, hospitality or related fields.The perfect candidate will have 3 years experience running a business of similar size and complexity.Exceptional knowledge when it comes to the knowledge of food, drinks and menus.
