ANEW Hotels & Resorts are looking for Group Quoting Agents to join our exceptional team.Job PurposePrepare quotations for group bookings and conferences for all the properties filtered through the Sales Team & to Assist properties that do not have Banqueting Coordinators.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but not limited to) Convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business. Respond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads. Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation. Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards. Receive groups events and keep up to date the hotels event output. Draw up contracts for groups & events.
