Full job descriptionA position has become available for a HR Administration Clerk reporting into the Office Manager based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape TownWorking with Group Company Operators to make sure all employee contracts and supporting documents are on file (hard copy and uploading to Cloud Storage)Assisting payroll with staff loans and leaveAssisting in compliance checks for Foreign nationalsAssisting Operator in Employment Equity complianceAll basic HR admin and filing duties to keep the group compliantLabour department audits – making sure stores have the correct documentation on handSubmitting IOD documentation on the Workman’s Compensation site.

Ensuring all SARS communication sent via email is sent to the Group AccountantAssisting the Group Accountant in any HR related mattersSending out of the IRP5 documentation for the staff to the relevant Operators when available
