Job Description

Inclusivity:Lead the implementation of D&I strategy, ensuring its alignment with business objectives.Utilise D&I insights to address people-related issues and drive cultural change.Develop a communications roadmap to showcase our D&I progress internally and externally.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development to embed D&I in recruitment and training.Produce regular reports on D&I progress and act as a Subject Matter Expert on D&I matters.Stay abreast of D&I changes and employment law, ensuring policies align with our D&I agenda.Work collaboratively with HR teams and the business to build inclusive practices.Lead D&I research projects, communication

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and practices.
