Responsibilities:Demonstrates proactive interaction with management and staff across all levels of the organization to effectively resolve HR issuesProvides HR support and guidance to both management and staff to enhance employee engagement and performance levelsOffer expertise and assistance to Line Managers in HR mattersSupports initiatives related to BEE, Employment Equity, and Skills DevelopmentParticipates in staff inductions to ensure a smooth onboarding processConducts entrance and exit interviews to gather valuable feedbackHandle general administration tasks related to HRAssist with various HR-related matters as neededConduct HR surveys and audits to assess and improve HR practicesEfficiently manages HR queries to provide timely resolutionsProvide professional advice and counselling on labour-related issues
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (Matric)Bachelor's Degree, with an Honours Degree being an advantage
Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
