Full job descriptionKey areas of responsibility:Resourcing and Talent planning;HR ReportingHR Administration Procedures;Good understanding of the HR value chain;Good understanding of Performance Management Systems;Good understanding of South African Labour Law and its application;Customer Service and Relationship Management;Knowledge and understanding of HR Statistics;General HR supportEnsuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures;Liaise with the ETDP SETA;Co-ordinate Staff Study Assistance programs;Extensive knowledge on Learning and Development initiatives such as Work Place Skills Plans;Various other ad hoc duties as determined by the position.
