Job DescriptionThe role will cover duties and functions across various brands within the business and will require an individual who is not only a highly organised multitasker, but also someone who possess a strong ability in dealing with matters related to client/guest resolutions and communications.Provide assistance and support to the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager (RSMM) in sales related requirements, including client follow up’s and reservations follow up’sSupporting the RSMM in identifying, nurturing and growing target account relationships into the businessCollaborate with various internal departments to ensure timeous and seamless engagement with clients on quote requests and booking processes.Gathering correct client/agency/DMC/TO information and assisting the systems team with creating new client profiles within the booking system.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Running and exporting system revenue reports and submitting to clients. Loading information and content onto client websites Well versed in working on MS Excel and a good understanding of data formulas
Experience
Prior experience in a role as a Client Liaison Officer and/or Sales Coordinator (requirement). Travel industry background (A strong advantage)
